I don’t know how long it has been since my last post, but I do know that quite a few things have happened since then. One of the biggest events has the been the fantastic wedding of my son Dustin. He and his long time girlfriend, Jackie finally had their wedding this summer, June 4, 2011, in Lincoln and it was great time. Olivia is in her 2nd year of pre-school and is doing great, and is living in Brady with her mom, Brooke, and she is growing so fast. She is so much fun. Lindsey is now living in Norfolk, with Sam who is doing the Jimmy Johns. Atley is growing so much and plays baseball, soccer, football and does well in school, and he takes care of his little sister, Sophie. We had so much fun with her at Dustin’s wedding, since we hadn’t seen her since she was 1 month old. It was so great that she would come to grandpa, even though she didn’t know me. Lindsey is looking to start her own salon at some point. Chris is living in Columbus and is working at Jimmy Johns and is doing well. Dustin has now for a over a year had a great new job that we don’t really understand and keeps him and Jackie busy and she is doing well with her elementary kids. Brady is still at UNL and is doing well and plans to finish soon. Brooke still lives in Brady and works at Whiskey Creek in North Platte. Her house survived a small fire, but had us all worried. Preston and MaKaela are now attending Gothenburg, it is not what Tia and I want for them, but they are doing well. Preston right now is playing football and MaKaela is very busy in volleyball, and Tia is very busy trying to get to as many of their events as possible. Tia is doing well now, but she really misses her Grandma B who we lost this spring. I am coaching less this year and that is a long story for another day. But I love my wife more and more everyday and we are blessed with 7 great kids, and our 3 grandchildren. We are busy with all of our pets and kids. So until next time. Go Huskers!
